Extension to a 1950s house.

A housing type common throughout Belfast which has been widely extended with similar layout of extension. Our response to extending this type of house was to embrace the typical approach which provides for a cost affect solution to gaining the most floor space, however the scheme is lifted above the ordinary through careful detailing using vertical brick work above openings to generate detail and elevate the simple form, capped with concrete copings.

The property gained a large well lit kitchen dining space with a snug area and utility and new side entrance.
